In this study, the accumulation of GABA and its inherent factors across different varieties of mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) in response to heat and relative humidity (HRH) were investigated. Results showed the average GABA content in mung bean varieties was increased 7.52 times following HRH treatment, and the black mung bean variety (A8) exhibited the highest GABA accumulation capability (1.76–84.57 mg per 100 g DW). From the perspective of GABA shunt metabolites, the free glutamic acid content of mung beans significantly decreased (P < 0.05) after HRH treatment and presented a significant correlation (P < 0.05) with GABA content. In polyamine degradation pathway, although the average levels of spermine and spermidine of mung bean varieties significantly decreased (P < 0.05) after HRH treatment, no significant correlation with GABA content was identified. Hence, the GABA accumulation was predominantly attributed to GABA shunt. Besides, free amino acids including glutamic acid, serine, ornithine, arginine and glycine in mung beans showed a significant positive correlation (P < 0.05) with GABA content and increment following HRH treatment, which suggested that mung beans enriched in these free amino acids might accumulate higher amounts of GABA after HRH treatment and be useful for industrial applications.  相似文献

Solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) have strong potential for next-generation energy conversion systems. However, their high processing temperature due to multi-layer ceramic components has been a major challenge for commercialization. In particular, the constrained sintering effect due to the rigid substrate in the fabrication process is a main reason to increase the sintering temperature of ceramic electrolyte. Herein, we develop a bi-layer sintering method composed of a Bi2O3 sintering sacrificial layer and YSZ main electrolyte layer to effectively lower the sintering temperature of the YSZ electrolyte even under the constrained sintering conditions. The Bi2O3 sintering functional layer applied on the YSZ electrolyte is designed to facilitate the densification of YSZ electrolyte at the significantly lowered sintering temperature and is removed after the sintering process to prevent the detrimental effects of residual sintering aids. Subsequent sublimation of Bi2O3 was confirmed after the sintering process and a dense YSZ monolayer was formed as a result of the sintering functional layer-assisted sintering process. The sintering behavior of the Bi2O3/YSZ bi-layer system was systematically analyzed, and material properties including the microstructure, crystallinity, and ionic conductivity were analyzed. The developed bi-layer sintered YSZ electrolyte was employed to fabricate anode-supported SOFCs, and a cell performance comparable to a conventional high temperature sintered (1400 °C) YSZ electrolyte was successfully demonstrated with significantly reduced sintering temperature (<1200 °C).  相似文献

To overcome the scarcity and costliness of noble metal dopants, carbon (C) doping, as a low-cost alternative, was achieved by absorbent cotton when the alpha (α)-Fe2O3 microtubules were synthesized with a facile hydrothermal method and necessary calcination. The absorbent cotton not only provided carbon source but controlled the microtubular morphology of α-Fe2O3. Meanwhile, for comparison, a pure α-Fe2O3 nanoparticles sample was also prepared without using absorbent cotton. Numerous techniques were employed to characterize the element composition and microstructures. The consequences demonstrated that carbon had been successfully incorporated into the porous hollow α-Fe2O3 microtubules composed of many nanoparticles. Compared with the α-Fe2O3 nanoparticles, the carbon-doped α-Fe2O3 microtubules possessed the unique morphology, large specific surface area and pore size, and abundant oxygen vacancies (OV). To reveal the function of the carbon-doped α-Fe2O3 microtubules and α-Fe2O3 nanoparticles, two chemical gas sensors were manufactured and researched systematically. Forasmuch as those advantages mentioned above, the sensor based on the carbon-doped α-Fe2O3 microtubules exhibited better gas sensing properties to acetic acid vapor at a lower optimal operating temperature of 260 °C, such as higher response value, shorter response and recovery time, good repeatability, and stability. And thence the carbon-doped α-Fe2O3 microtubules product could be considered as an excellent acetic acid vapor sensor in the future. In addition, the possible grown mechanism and gas sensing mechanism of the carbon-doped α-Fe2O3 microtubules were discussed in detail. The work provides a new strategy to improve the gas sensing performance of α-Fe2O3 material.  相似文献

Epoxidized methyl esters (EMO) with their high oxirane ring reactivity, acts as a raw material in the synthesis of various industrial chemicals including polymers, stabilizers, plasticizers, glycols, polyols, carbonyl compounds, biolubricants etc. EMO has been generally quantified by the gas chromatography (GC) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) techniques. Taking into the account of the limitations of these techniques, two qHNMR-based equations have been proposed for the quantification of EMO in the mixture of EMO and methylesters (MO). The validity of the proposed method was determined using standard mixtures of MO and EMO having different molar concentrations. The developed equations have been applied on the samples of EMO prepared from oleic acid in two-step process viz., esterification followed by epoxidation. The qHNMR-based EMO quantification showed acceptable agreement with the results obtained from HPLC analysis.  相似文献

A new pyrophosphate(V) of the formula Co5Cr2(P2O7)4 was obtained in the system Co2P2O7–Cr4(P2O7)3 as a result of solid-state reactions taking place between different reactants. The new compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic system and belongs to the family of pyrophosphates of the general formula M52+M23+(P2O7)4 and is probably isostructural with Fe52+Fe23+(P2O7)4. Powder diffraction pattern, infrared spectrum and SEM image of the new compound were presented. As a new potential inorganic pigment, Co5Cr2(P2O7)4 was tested for its thermal stability, particle size distribution and colour properties, which were studied both for powder and after introduction into organic matrix and leadless ceramic glaze. The colour of Co5Cr2(P2O7)4 powder was defined as deep grey with the colour coordinates L*/a*/b* = 60.63/-1.42/-3.41 and according to the hue angle (h° = 247.39°) it belongs to the blue region. Co5Cr2(P2O7)4, with its relatively high thermal stability (t m = 1230 ± 10 °C) and appropriate colour properties, is a good candidate to be used as inorganic pigment for colouring of acrylic paints. In the case of leadless glaze, the obtained compound acts as a dye.  相似文献

Histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDIs) are promising anti-cancer agents that inhibit proliferation of many types of cancer cells including breast carcinoma (BC) cells. In the present study, we investigated the influence of the Notch1 activity level on the pharmacological interaction between cisplatin (CDDP) and two HDIs, valproic acid (VPA) and suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid (SAHA, vorinostat), in luminal-like BC cells. The type of drug–drug interaction between CDDP and HDIs was determined by isobolographic analysis. MCF7 cells were genetically modified to express differential levels of Notch1 activity. The cytotoxic effect of SAHA or VPA was higher on cells with decreased Notch1 activity and lower for cells with increased Notch1 activity than native BC cells. The isobolographic analysis demonstrated that combinations of CDDP with SAHA or VPA at a fixed ratio of 1:1 exerted additive or additive with tendency toward synergism interactions. Therefore, treatment of CDDP with HDIs could be used to optimize a combined therapy based on CDDP against Notch1-altered luminal BC. In conclusion, the combined therapy of HDIs and CDDP may be a promising therapeutic tool in the treatment of luminal-type BC with altered Notch1 activity.  相似文献

AsSb alloy (0.70–95.81 wt.% As) was prepared by electrodeposition in As(III) and Sb(III) contained electrolytes. The influence of electrolyte composition, hydrochloric acid concentration, and temperature on the composition and structure of AsSb deposits was studied. The electroreduction mechanism of As(III) and Sb(III) in hydrochloric acid solution was revealed via thermodynamic analysis. The results show that the increase of H+ concentration promotes the reduction of As(III), while the increase of Cl concentration significantly inhibits the reduction of Sb(III). As a result, the As content in deposits increases gradually with the increase of hydrochloric acid concentration. Simultaneously, the phase structure of AsSb deposits evolves from crystalline to amorphous. When the As content is 24.55–33.75 wt.%, AsSb mixed crystal is obtained. The electrolysis temperature has little effect on the deposits composition, but the structure of deposits evolves from crystalline to amorphous with decreasing the temperature.  相似文献

With excellent specific capacity, superior cycle stability, safety and strong practical, Nb2O5 has been considered as one of the prospective anode materials for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). However, current study suggests that Nb2O5 electrode materials for LIBs still face the vital issues of low electrical conductivity and poor rate performance. Therefore, carbon-coated TT-Nb2O5 materials are designed and synthesized through solid state method in this work, which present high specific capacity (228 mA h g?1 at 0.2C), satisfactory rate properties (107 mA h g?1 at 20 C). The outstanding electrochemical property can not only give the credit to the pseudocapacitance effect of TT-Nb2O5, but also attribute to introduction of carbon. The homogeneous carbon-coated materials enhance the electrical conductivity, increase the electron transmission speed and alleviate particle crushing. This research not only offers a new method for preparing excellent electrode materials, but also provides a kind of excellent anode material with prospective application for LIBs.  相似文献

In 1937, Sir H. A Krebs first published the Citric Acid Cycle, a unidirectional cycle with carboxylic acids. The original concept of the Citric Acid Cycle from Krebs’ 1953 Nobel Prize lecture illustrates the unidirectional degradation of lactic acid to water, carbon dioxide and hydrogen. Here, we add the heart lactate dehydrogenase•proton-linked monocarboxylate transporter 1 complex, connecting the original Citric Acid Cycle to the flow of energy and material. The heart lactate dehydrogenase•proton-linked monocarboxylate transporter 1 complex catalyses the first reaction of the Citric Acid Cycle, the oxidation of lactate to pyruvate, and thus secures the provision of pyruvic acid. In addition, we modify Krebs’ original concept by feeding the cycle with oxaloacetic acid. Our concept enables the integration of anabolic processes and allows adaption of the organism to recover ATP faster.  相似文献
